The Círculo de Bellas Artes in Madrid was founded in 1880 by a small group of artists. It is a private, non-profit cultural institution, officially declared a ‘Centre for the Protection of the Fine Arts and Public Interest’. The Círculo de Bellas Artes features a wonderful 7th-floor rooftop terrace, offering some of the best views of Madrid’s city centre. You have a 360-degree panoramic view of nearly all the famous landmarks.
